would like to help!
1...Choose a time
and call to make a
reservation.
2...Design and
print your own
ticket.
3...Sell
your ticket prior to the
day of your
reservation for ANY
price you would
like. You can
sell your tickets at
the front door BUT,
you are not allowed
to solicit the
general public (at
our front door) to
participate in your
event.
(Keep in mind
that general
admission, including
skates is $9.00 for
children and $10.00 for adults.)
4...The VIC will
provide you with
wrist-bands to pass
out your customers
that pre-paid for
the event.
These wrist-bands
can also be sold as
tickets for entry at
our front door the
night of your event.
5...The VIC will
keep track of the
number of
wrist-bands you
distribute and use
this count to
charge your event
$7/person (for
example, $7 x 100
people =
$700)...This total
is the amount owed
to the VIC to pay
for the event.
The amount left over
is all yours to help
cover any other
expenses and
ultimately keep as
your profit for the
night.
The advantage of
this system is you
are not responsible
for a pre-event
deposit on any
reservations you
make with us.
